The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, notifying the sender in advance, and after receiving the Goods — within 7 (seven) days* after receiving the goods from the online store. The parcel is sent by any courier company, all shipping costs are carried out by the customer.
Return of the goods of proper quality is possible if market condition, all labels, consumer properties, and the document confirming the fact of buying the goods remain. You cannot return the goods which have been used**.
In case of return of the proper quality goods we will make refund with shipping fee deducted.

The processing and approval time of returns is 3-10 days from the time we receive your return parcel. Please make sure you fill in your bank details in the application correctly. The return of product obtained on a promotional basis is possible only together with a promo item within 7 days after purchase/receipt: the customer gets the refund with the shipping fee deducted.
The exchange of promotional goods of the proper quality bought online is proceeded in accordance with the actual rules for product exchange and return within 7 days after purchase/receipt: the customer gets the refund firstly and then can make another purchase on actual promotional basis.
It is possible to get the discount upon exchange only when the product sale is conducted during promotion and the price online has not been changed.
